One of my biggest motivations is looking forward to bikini and inba competitions in 2014. Its nearly like giving myself a goal to work towards is giving me better results and making me try harder to reach them. Some of my biggest inspirations are below.
I find that by surrounding myself with pictures of fit women really motivates me to get to where they are, because i want that more than anything!

Unmotivated
I lost track about week 10 of the trainer and i started to snack on the old foods i loved. peanut butter and honey sandwiches, jam sandwiches, full cream milk and biscuits. I started to loose condition and before i knew it the 3kg i had lost were nearly all back :[ i got very demotivated and after having a night away with my boyfriend and a couple parties i realized all the alcohol and chocolate was not doing me any favors. So i decided to give myself a new challenge :]
Getting Started
These are a few of many pictures that motivated me to get to the gym in the first place. I used to worry about being in the gym and not being skinny or fit or toned or any of that, but then i realized that no one can really judge you because you ARE at the gym and you ARE trying to change your lifestyle.
Fit Life
Earlier this year i realised that i was not happy with how my body was, and finally after years of fads and phases of trying to change that i actually committed myself to Jamie Easons 12 week Live Fit challenge. It helped me so incredibly much! Taught me exercises and muscles that i didnt even know existed, and started me off eating right for the first time in basically forever. The photo of me is before i started the challenge so as you can see i definatly had quite a way to go to being fit.
